SEEKING WONDER ADVENTURES
It all started in the midst of remote Africa.
In the forests of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in Uganda, a chance meeting between travellers turned into a vibrant collaboration!
In 2023, Deo and Simoné from Seeking Wonder met Jaap and Germaine, African travel experts with over 25 years of experience in the African travel industry.
With skills, passion and experience that perfectly complement each other, the idea of a new collaboration was born.
SEEKING WONDER ADVENTURES was launched in 2024, offering unique 4X4 self-drive camping adventures in Africa for clients that are designed from the road by experienced adventurers and arranged in detail by African travel experts.

Meet Deo & Simoné – two adventurous South Africans with a deep love and passion for Africa!
With over 10+ years of African adventure and travel experience, Deo & Simoné are the exclusive trip designers and explorers for SWA. Their passion is sharing the wonders they find in Africa with others to encourage them to do the same in a sustainable and responsible manner.
They are passionate about finding adventure everywhere, taking the road less travelled, exploring and conserving wild places and widening people’s lenses to a wonderful creation!
